What are your rates?
My sessions are priced at $165 per hour. I understand that affordability is important, and can provide a superbill you can take to your insurance provider to be reimbursed for the session.
How long do I have to be in therapy?
The duration of therapy varies depending on individual needs and goals. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that outlines the frequency and duration of sessions based on what you are looking to achieve.

Is therapy confidential?
Yes, therapy is strictly confidential. I strictly adhere to professional ethical guidelines and laws to ensure your privacy and confidentiality are protected. Exceptions to confidentiality will be discussed during our initial sessions.
